2、托辊旋转阻力小、节能
托辊的旋转阻力系数随着托辊直径以及轴承孔径的不同而变化，我公司制度的托辊旋转阻力系数均在0.01以下。考虑到输送机运转中存在的其它条件，计算带式输送机动力使用浙江宝科托辊时，其模拟磨擦系数可取0.02以下，而使用其他一般托辊时模拟磨擦系数则需选用0.022~0.030。由此在节能效果上充分体现我公司产品的优越性。
3、永久性润滑
浙江宝科托辊采用双面密封的深沟球轴承（ZZ防护）。在制造过程中填充优质锂基2号润滑脂，永久密封，使用期间无需加润滑脂。
标准托辊结构
1、轴：具有高精度的托辊轴采用专用加工机械制成。
2、管材：选用具有高精度的高级专用管材以确保托辊运转过程中的均匀转动。
3、轴承：根据公司多年的经验，轴承与轴承座和轴之间选定了最佳的公差配合。考虑到轴承本身的公差配合以及其对运转中温升等条件的适应，我公司使用C3组游隙、ZZ双面密封的深沟球轴承。
4、轴承座：由深冲材料及精密金属模具加工制成的轴承座采用自动焊接方式同时焊接在钢管两端。由此产生强度统一的整体结构，确保运转过程中钢管与轴承座之间牢固联接。即使在运转过程中受到高速输送带的冲击，也不会出现破损现象。
5、腔隙式密封：由我公司开发的独特的腔隙式密封属于非接触式结构，其合理的结构使其具有较小的旋转阻力及较长的使用寿命。特别适用于长距离、大输送量的散装物料输送机。经过国家权威机构及浙江宝科公司检测证实，该密封的防尘防水性能远远高于国家标准，并高于日本JIS标准，已获取国家专利。其使用效果非常令人满意。
6、表面处理：表面全部采用烤漆喷塑处理，与喷漆相比不但更加美观漂亮，而且也更具耐磨性。标准托辊技术性能保证表
